How a coffee shop turned into a journal
We used to write one line of copy per menu item and call it a day. Then we started actually writing down what happened at the farm, in the roaster, and behind the counter — and realized that was the thing people wanted to read.
So the site flipped. The homepage is the journal now. The menu, the merch, the hours — those are still here, but they're not the front door anymore. The writing is.
Every post is written by someone who was actually there: the roaster who logged the batch, the buyer who visited the farm, the barista who's heard every regular's order for six years straight.
